Located on thirty acres of oceanfront property, Shetland Park is a 1.5 million square foot Office & Industrial complex, surrounded on three sides by water, with magnificent views of Salem Harbor, Baker's Island, Pickering Wharf, The Salem Maritime National Historic Site, and Marblehead.
The Park accommodates a variety of uses including space for: first class office, research and development, light assembly, warehouse and storage. All spaces in our park are built to suit, and according to need can range in size from 300 to 100,000 square feet. With 1.5 million square feet in the Park, Shetland can accommodate any initial business requirements, and easily provide space for future expansion.
