About the Small Business Center Opening in the summer of 2008, the Shetland Park Small Business Center offers professional appointments and "right-sized" office spaces for business startups, global concerns looking to establish satellite locations, and expanding home office businesses. Built in phases to eventually encompass 80,000 square feet, the facilities and resources of a larger office setting are shared by a community of like-minded businesses, allowing expansion of their companies without substantial financial commitments.
